Bruschetta with a tangy salsa & Feta cheese

This refreshing recipe is quick, easy, healthy and absolutely delicious. Its perfect as a light breakfast ,an easy brunch or as an evening snack.






Some of the ingredients used in this recipe are






Ingredients


Sourdough bread -4 slices

Tomato chopped -1

Onion chopped -1/2

Lemon juice -1 tbsp

Garlic -1

Coriander leaves 1 tbsp

Pumpkin seeds-1 tsp

Olive oil -2 tbsp

Jalapeño -1 tbsp

Feta cheese -as per taste

Salt & pepper to taste



Directions


In a bowl add all the ingredients mentioned above (except the bread and feta cheese) and toss it well.


Take toasted sourdough bread, add little olive oil , add the mixture on top. Garnish it with feta cheese and mint leaves .
