Ingredients
Oats (rolled)-1/2 cup
Desiccated coconut -2 tbsp
Chia seeds-1 tsp
Flax seeds+sunflower seeds+pumpkin seeds=2 tbsp
Salt -a pinch
Cranberries/black raisins-1.5 tbsp
Milk- 3/4 cup
Yogurt -1/2 cup
Vanilla extract-1 tsp
Raw Honey-1/2 tsp
Grated apple-1/2
Directions
1.In a bowl, add oats,coconut,seeds ,cranberries,apple and salt. Mix it well.
2.Add all the wet ingredients to this and mix it again. Stir and cover it with a cling film and keep it in the fridge overnight .
3.After 10-12 hours ,remove it from the fridge ,add a dash of milk and a dash of yogurt and mix it again. This would add extra creaminess . Serve cold.
