This creamy Bircher Muesli also known as Swiss oatmeal, is a make-ahead breakfast overnights oats that is delicious, effortless and a hearty breakfast that is packed with fibre, nutrients and protein to keep you feeling full and satisfied all morning long. There is no cooking involved and you can add just about anything you like to it. This Muesli is filled with wholesome ingredients such as rolled oats, fresh apples, nuts, and seeds. . You can use a variety of toppings of your choice such as seasonal fruits, and a variety or nuts and seeds. If you’re looking for ways to keep your cravings and energy level in check this holiday season ,this is the recipe is just for you!








Some of the ingredients used in this recipe are





Ingredients


Oats (rolled)-1/2 cup

Desiccated coconut -2 tbsp

Chia seeds-1 tsp

Flax seeds+sunflower seeds+pumpkin seeds=2 tbsp

Salt -a pinch

Cranberries/black raisins-1.5 tbsp

Milk- 3/4 cup

Yogurt -1/2 cup

Vanilla extract-1 tsp

Raw Honey-1/2 tsp

Grated apple-1/2


Directions


1.In a bowl, add oats,coconut,seeds ,cranberries,apple and salt. Mix it well.


2.Add all the wet ingredients to this and mix it again. Stir and cover it with a cling film and keep it in the fridge overnight .


3.After 10-12 hours ,remove it from the fridge ,add a dash of milk and a dash of yogurt and mix it again. This would add extra creaminess . Serve cold.
