This is a perfect,healthy and delicious snack which can be made easily for all your parties or can be a perfect after school snack for kids or as a tea time snack. Its baked, crunchy and absolutely hits the spot!
Some of the ingredients used in this recipe are
Ingredients
250 gm chicken mince
Onion - 1 big chopped
1/2 cup tasty cheese shredded
Garlic -2 tbsp
Green chili -1 chopped
Turmeric powder -1 tsp
Salt to Taste
Coriander powder - 2tsp
Garam masala -1 tsp
1 tbs coriander leaves finely chopped
1 egg *to glaze
2 Sheets butter puff pastry thawed
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 220C.
2.Combine the chicken mince, onion ,garlic chillies, cheese, dry spices and coriander leaves in a large bowl and mix well.
3.In a frying pan add oil and add the chicken and cook it until it’s done.
4. Cut pastry sheets in half. Place a quarter of the mince mixture along one edge of each pastry strip.
5.Brush the other edge of the pastry strip with the egg wash. Roll up it gently until it forms a nice long roll.
5.Place onto a lined baking tray and brush with egg wash.
6.Bake for 15 -20 minutes or until til golden and crisp . Cut the rolls all the way through and cook for a further 5 minutes until golden brown.
7.Serve with ketchup or your favourite dips.
