Avocado stuffed crabs


Crab-stuffed avocado is a glorious & delightful fusion of creamy avocado and succulent crab meat, creating a dish that's both refreshing and indulgent. The combination of buttery avocado, succulent crabmeat and the tang of lemon offers a burst of flavours and textures in every bite.






Some of the ingredients used in this recipe are





Ingredients


1.1 ripe avocado (sliced into 1/2)

2.50 gm fresh /canned crab meat

3.2 tbsp fresh cream

4.1/2 tsp celery

5.1 tsp onion

6.Capsicum -1 tsp

7.Mint-3-4 leaves

8.1 tsp lemon juice

9.Salt & pepper to taste

10.1/4 tsp mayonnaise (optional)

11.2 tbsp parmesan cheese


Instructions


1.Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop out a little extra avocado flesh from each half to create a larger cavity for the stuffing.


2.In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, diced red bell pepper, cream ,celery, cheese, onion, mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix everything gently until well combined. Spoon the crab mixture into the hollowed-out avocados, filling each avocado half generously with the crab mixture. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.


(Optional): Sprinkle some hot sauce or paprika on top for extra flavor and a bit of heat.
