Sourdough bread -3-4 slices (toasted)
Hummus -2-3 tbsp
Avocado -1 cut in cubes
Cucumber slices-6-8
Parmesan cheese shavings -as per taste
Black and white sesame seeds- for garnish
Chives & mint leaves for garnish
A drizzle of olive oil
Directions
1.Slice and toast the sourdough bread
2.Add hummus ,avocado,cucumber slices , Parmesan shavings , sesame seeds , chives. Garnish with mint leaves and drizzle of olive oil .
