This delicious Ajwaini Paneer Tikka recipe is a very healthy,quick and easy recipe.
It’s got a very creamy and rich texture and is bursting with delicious flavours .

Ingredients
Paneer -1/2 kg
Yogurt-4 tbsp
Salt & pepper - to taste
Ajwain /carom seeds -1 tsp
Mint leaves -15 gm
Coriander leaves -30 gm
Green chillies -3
Cream -1 tbsp
Water 2 tbsp
Directions
1.In a blender add mint leaves , coriander leaves , green chilli and water.Blend it well until it’s a thick paste .
2.Marinade the paneer with yogurt , salt , pepper , ajwain ,cream and the thick coriander & mint paste and keep it aside for 30 min.
3.In a pre heated oven bake the paneer for 20-25 minutes at 180 C or until the paneer is cooked.
4.Garnish with mint leaves and lemon slices . Serve hot.
